1) How long will it take to see my proofs?
Your proofs will be ready for viewing in one week; however, same day RUSH proofs are available for a small fee.
2) Can I take my proofs home?
Yes, with a small security deposit you may take your proofs home to show your friends and family. The deposit is non-refundable but the whole amount is applied to your final portrait order.
3) When do I choose the pose that will go in the yearbook?
You may return as early as one week following your photo session to choose your yearbook pose; however, for a small RUSH fee, you can choose your yearbook pose on the day of your portrait session. Please be aware that if you are under 18 years of age you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when choosing the pose for the yearbook.
4) When do I order my personal pictures?
You may place your portrait order when you come back to choose your yearbook pose or you can set another appointment for later.
5) What do senior portraits cost?
The cost is up to you. The more you order, the more it costs; but, remember, our prices are the lowest in the Valley, so what ever you spend, you can feel confident that you got the best deal possible. That said, most senior orders average between $100 and $300.
6) Do you have payment plans?
Yes, we offer “Flex Pay” plans which allow you to make payments over a period of time until your order is paid for. It is very similar to the old fashioned layaway plans that have come back in fashion during these economic times.
7) Do you do touch-ups?
Yes, life happens, so don’t inconvenience yourself by canceling your appointment because of that blemish that magically appeared on picture day. Our digital touch-up artists will make it disappear.
8) Do you offer retakes?
Yes, we want your portrait session to be a positive experience; so, if you’re unhappy with your pictures, you may return for retakes at no additional charge.
9) Can I purchase my proofs?
Yes, we offer discounted pricing on proofs depending on the size of your final portrait order. We will even go so far as to print you a new set without the studio watermarks.
